At MAA TRAVELS, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and you might need to cancel your cab booking. This cancellation policy outlines the terms, conditions, and charges related to booking cancellations. Please review it carefully to avoid any surprises.
Cancellation Window:
- 48 Hours Before Scheduled Pickup: You can cancel your booking free of charge.
- Within 24 Hours Before Scheduled Pickup: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total fare or the “Token Amount” paid at the time of booking will be non-refundable.
- Within 2 Hours or Last-Minute Cancellations: A 20% cancellation fee of the total fare will be charged, or the “Token Amount” paid will be non-refundable.
No-Show Fee:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled cab and do not notify us in advance, a no-show fee of 25% of the total fare will apply.
How to Cancel:
Cancelling your booking is simple:
- Email or WhatsApp: You can cancel by contacting us directly through email or chat.
- Phone: Alternatively, you can reach our customer support at +91 971-114-3160 to process your cancellation.
Refund Process:
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund as per this policy, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.
Modification of Booking:
- Free Modifications: You can modify your booking (change of pickup/drop-off location, time, etc.) free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Modifications within 24 Hours: Changes requested within 24 hours may be subject to availability and could incur a modification fee.
Exceptions to the Policy:
There are certain situations where we may waive the cancellation fee:
- Flight Cancellations/Delays: If your flight is cancelled or delayed, and you provide supporting documentation, we may waive the cancellation fee.
- Medical Emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from traveling, and you provide a doctor’s note, the cancellation fee may be waived.
